During this period of social distancing and self-isolation it’s important to stay connected to others as much as you can. A range of help and support is available for our most vulnerable residents.

We have compiled a list of organisations you can contact if you need someone to talk to, whether it’s about debt and money advice, child services, drug and alcohol help or other support.

Voluntary groups are offering help and support with things like essential shopping, prescription collection and dog walking, as well as emotional telephone support for those who are lonely or isolated. More details can be found on our website.

Local businesses and voluntary groups across the district are also offering residents either a collection or a delivery service of household items, groceries or hot meals. You can read more about the service on our website.
