WeatherReady is a public campaign run in partnership with the Cabinet Office and providing expert advice to encourage people to prepare for severe weather. I am sure many of you have previously heard of, contributed to or supported, this campaign (formerly called ‘Get ready for Winter’).
The campaign was launched today with a press release and through various forms of social media using the hashtag #WeatherReady. The WeatherReady web content - including weather-related advice covering the themes of health, travel and property – can be found at www.metoffice.gov.uk/weatherready.
