Parish Clerk – Emma Fulham
Clerk to the Council and Responsible Financial Officer
As Clerk and RFO I am responsible for the day to day running of the administration and finances of Crowhurst Parish Council.
I have been a Clerk since 2010 and I am CILCA qualified which enables the Council to exercise the Power of General Competence if it wishes under the 2011 Localism Act. I am also the Clerk and RFO for Hartfield Parish Council. I enjoy my role, being part of the local community with varied tasks it is an interesting job. I especially enjoy new projects and the new forward thinking Council will no doubt keep me busy with those.
Before I became a Clerk I was a Councillor in West Hoathly and so I have seen both sides of local government. Before having a family and becoming involved in Parish Council work I was a director of a property company in South West London for over a decade specialising in conveyancing, surveys, property management and project management.
I live in Upper Hartfield with my husband and three children and enjoy walking my dog and like spending the time in the countryside in my free time. I am a school governor and I am involved in other local voluntary groups.
