Neighbourhood Plan

We would appreciate your input please.

In 2016 the Parish Council started the process to establish a Neighbourhood Plan. A working group was established and residents and those who work in the village were engaged, putting forward ideas and views, via surveys and open meetings at the Village Hall. We compiled a lot of information and put together a plan which considered what we would like Crowhurst to look like in the future (plan period up to 2030). Following some to-ing and fro-ing with Tandridge District Council and some internal delays we are raising the plan up our agenda again and aim to finalise it early next year with your help.

It is now more important than ever to have an agreed Neighbourhood Plan within the Parish, this will ensure that any development is as per the desires of the residents, but in order to ensure it reflects today's wants and needs we need your refreshed input please.

This document is an extract from the overall plan, providing the policies that we have proposed and the context around them, please could you let us know if there is anything else you would wish to see in the plan, or anything that you do not agree with. The policies can be found on pages 8 to 25 for ease of reference and this is where we need your contribution.

Please tell what's missing / what you don't really agree with by email to lisa@crowhurstonline.uk before 11th November.

Thanks for your help!
